Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Patrycja Krzemińska (Pati Smus Krzemińska). For anything about your data, write to patismus@gmail.com.

Who helps me process it

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. I don’t sell your data and don’t share it with anyone else.

How long I keep it

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or ad trackers. It only remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser’s session storage, which clears when you close the tab.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you your data, correct it, delete it, limit how I use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can object to processing based on my legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time, by replying to any email or writing to patismus@gmail.com. That doesn’t affect anything done before you withdrew it.

If you think I handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

I don’t use your data for automated decisions or profiling.

Changes

If I change how I handle data, for example when I move email signups to a newsletter tool, I’ll update this page and the date above.
